I’m Chris Osmond, and I’m proud to be the son of Donny Osmond, a man who has spent over 60 years blessing millions of lives around the world through his music, service, and generosity. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the dedication, hard work, and love it takes to truly make a difference in people’s lives.
The Osmond family has always believed in giving back. Over the decades, we’ve supported countless charities and foundations, including co-founding the Children’s Miracle Network, now a worldwide organization impacting millions of families. Hearing story after story about how my family’s efforts have touched lives has shaped who I am today.

MY PURPOSE
Serving my community.
I started Osmond Property Co. because too many owners feel stuck—especially with land. Between zoning, access, utilities, timelines, and family dynamics, it’s hard to know what’s real and what’s noise.
My job is to bring clarity and a clean path forward. We help owners:

FOUNDATION
A life rooted in family.
We live in South Jordan with my wife and our three kids. We love being outdoors—hiking, camping, boating, and finding little ways to slow down as a family.
Professionally, I focus on land acquisition and value-add opportunities—helping owners choose the best path and partnering with experienced builders when development makes sense. I underwrite conservatively, communicate clearly, and aim for outcomes that feel fair on both sides.
